What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay and Paypal.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You don't need an account to shop on our website.
If you do create an account with us you’ll be able to review your past orders, save your addresses and payment details for faster checkout.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. The shipping times depend on the final destination and the shipping method selected. You will receive an email containing tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to all EU countries and the Middle East. Please click here for detailed shipping information.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders to Bulgaria over €75 and on all orders to Greece over €100. Automatically applied at checkout.

Will I have to pay import duties?

There are no import duties on orders made to the European Union.
All orders to countries outside the EU are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). You may be liable for customs fees and local sales tax.

Is your website secure?

Yes. Our website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet.
All card payments are processed securely by Stripe, a fully compliant PCI Level 1 payment service provider. We do not see nor store your card data.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

We don't offer discounts on the following brands: Dr. Barbara Sturm, Tata Harper.
We offer limited promotions and exclusive offers on our other brands, announced via our social channels and newsletter. Please subscribe to our newsletter and be the first to know about exclusive offers, product launches, events and when your favourites are back in stock.

How do I redeem my Digital Gift Card?

Digital Gift Cards are delivered immediately via email and contain a unique code. The gift card recipient can enter this code at checkout to subtract the gift card value from their order total.

Are your skincare products clean and cruelty-free?

Yes. All our brands adhere to the strictest standards of safety and reflect our values of responsible sourcing, clean, natural and non-toxic formulations, and sustainability in both product and packaging. All products are cruelty-free!

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes. Our shipping boxes are made from a minimum of a 90% recycled paper pulp, printed on using water-based ink, and are 100% recyclable, biodegradable and compostable.

Our concierge team is highly trained by our brand partners to provide up-to-date product recommendations, based on your individual needs.
